ROCKTHEPULPIT began his career with a couple of near-misses at Oaklawn, only to falter the last twice. The switch in stable and move to this venue could rekindle his enthusiasm and he is worth another chance. Big Headed Baby will also find this easier than previous assignments, with Dave Jones completing the shortlist.
8.15pm – SEEING DOUBLE @ 5/1
SEEING DOUBLE may have failed in the hat-trick bid but she lost nothing in defeat when runner-up in a $55k stakes event here. She holds Polly Tiz and The One For Fun on that evidence and may have more to fear from Keena.
8.45pm – RECORDER @ 4/1
Young Hendrick has finished runner-up on his last two starts and could be ready to strike while Platinum Nights boasts winning form in stronger events than this and is respected. However, RECORDER gained his reward for some consistent efforts when recording a fluent success over six furlongs here last month and can strike again with his confidence boosted.
9.15pm – SPECTACULAR TEMPER @ 13/8
SPECTACULAR TEMPER sauntered clear to score by nearly six lengths over track and trip last month and she is difficult to oppose after such a dominant performance. Decorated For Gold drops significantly in grade and looks capable of making her presence felt with Bling Springsteen looking the pick of the remainder.

COMMUNICADO regained the winning thread with a fluent success over track and trip last month and she remains open to further improvement over this distance. Dial Em In has proven consistency personified of late and ought to prove popular while Tayla lost a lot of ground at the start before finishing runner-up here last week and is interesting upped in trip.
10.15pm – DRIP BREW @ 2/1
Ari Gia landed a 100k event by nearly four lengths when last seen in September and she could prove tough to beat if fit enough for this return. However, DRIP BREW highlighted her resolution to see off Ima Discreet Lady by a neck over five furlongs here last month and is marginally preferred. Tee Em Eye has her sights lowered and is also respected.
10.45pm – MAGIC IN MOTION GP @ 6/4
A tricky event but there is a lot to like about the chances of MAGIC IN MOTION GP, who arrives on the back of two facile wins at Sam Houston and has a good record at this venue. However, dangers abound in the shape of Backseat Promises, Lady Lex and Baronet.
11.15pm – OIL MONEY @ 13/8
Knox Court, Shred The Rules and OIL MONEY all made winning Will Rogers Downs debuts, but the latter’s came in a more valuable event over this trip and he could be hard to beat with a repeat performance. Lawton and Bending Saint drop in class and are others to consider.
11.45pm – WRATH @ 5/4
WRATH arrives for his Will Rogers Downs debut on the back of an impressive success in a similar event at Oaklawn and he can double up if able to replicate that form here. Aloo Ghost has taken to this venue well and rates the biggest threat, ahead of Fallstar.
