How many major trophies has Jurgen Klopp won at Liverpool?

Can Klopp guide Liverpool to another title?

Jurgen Klopp FA Cup

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is stepping down at the end of the season after an illustrious eight years in the Anfield hot seat, but how many trophies has he won in that time?

The German became the manager of Liverpool back in 2015 and after a few years of failing to compete at the very top of English football, he revolutionised the club into the powerhouse they are today.

Before making the move to England, Klopp had huge success as boss of Borussia Dortmund dethroning giants Bayern Munich by winning back-to-back Bundesliga titles in 2011 and 2012.

He also guided the club to a Champions League final in 2013 where they were beaten 2-1 by their big domestic rivals at Wembley.

In his first season, Klopp guided Liverpool to their first European final in eight years which they ultimately lost.

Despite this, they have gone on to win several major trophies under the reign of the 56-year-old, who is regarded as one of the greatest managers in the club’s history.

Klopp recently announced that he would step down at the end of the season to take a break from the pressures of management at the top level – and he could sign off with even more silverware.

Liverpool clinched victory in the Carabao Cup last Sunday when they beat Chelsea 1-0 in extra-time. It marked Klopp’s eighth trophy at the club, and they remain in the hunt in three other competitions.
