So, we decided to put that golden guide to the test and use it to steer you towards what could be a savvy Lucky 15 (4 horses, 15 bets) today. The four you’ll see below are the selections of some of the top-performing tipsters in the Table. Let’s get to the picks…

14:35 Warwick – Getupearly (Spotlight)

Village Master made a winning chasing debut at Hereford this month, despite not travelling well on the final circuit, and ought to be suited by today’s longer trip but it might be worth chancing Irish point winner GETUPEARLY, who makes his chasing debut from a tempting mark and should appreciate today’s return to good ground. Samourai One needs to bounce back from last month’s Southwell flop but he made a good start to his chasing career two starts ago.

14:45 Beverley – Miss Brazen (The Times)

Over half the field are making their seasonal return and of those who aren’t, there are doubts over the current form of Zaman Jemil and Soul Seeker. Honour Your Dreams is interesting but the two to appeal most are Elegant Erin and MISS BRAZEN. The former is well handicapped and likes it at Beverley but Miss Brazen has run well on her return in each of her two seasons of racing and she’s well treated on last year’s best.

16:35 Huntingdon – Kennack Bay (West Country)

A rise of just 1lb for KENNACK BAY looks kindly considering what RPR he was in the process of posting when falling late on his chasing debut, and Ben Pauling’s gelding is taken to make light of his sizeable absence. Last-time 2m4f course scorer Calvic is the logical alternative should the run prove needed, stamina for 3m already confirmed in a Kent point win, whilst Doyens De Ante’s C&D record on ground quicker than soft merits him consideration also.

16:45 Perth – Secret Trix (The Guardian)

The selection is SECRET TRIX who returned to winning ways with headgear in a decent race at Haydock last time and can follow up off this 7lb higher mark. Conditions are ideal for Bridge North, who should run better than last time, and thorough stayer Gypsey’s Secret could also go well at a big price despite being out of the handicap.
