Man City’s route to the Champions League final 2024 – fixtures, dates, times

Can Manchester City retain their crown?

Pep Guardiola Man City

Manchester City are hoping to become just the second team in history to retain the Champions League, but will have to get past record winner Real Madrid to keep their hopes alive.

Pep Guardiola’s side won the treble last season and were by far the most dominant team in Europe. They knocked out 14-time winners Madrid at the semi-final stage and will be aiming to do the same a round earlier this time.

However, Los Blancos pose a greater threat this time with star man Jude Bellingham in the side, and City have been a little off the pace compared to last season.

If they get past the Spanish giants then there’s a possibility of an all-English semi-final against Arsenal, who face Bayern Munich in the other side of the draw.

City remain in three competitions with the Premier League and FA Cup also within their grasp, so there’s still a possibility of achieving historic back-to-back trebles.
