There are four meetings scheduled across the tracks in the UK and Ireland today – and our nifty NAPs Table is here to give you a steer on the day’s best bets.

Our daily racing NAPs Table is your one-stop shop with all of today’s top tips from the cream of the British and Irish racing press. The tipsters are ranked by their profit or loss to Level Stakes so you know who has been firing in the winners and who, err, hasn’t.

It is the opening day of the Punchestown Festival and there are a trio of Grade 1s on the card. Queen Mother hero Captain Guinness faces Dinoblue in the Champion Chase (5:25pm), the first four home in last month’s Supreme renew rivalries in the KPMG Champion Novice Hurdle (3:40pm) and Spillane’s Tower bids for a second top-level success in a row in the Dooley Insurance Group Champion Novice Chase (6pm).

There is also turf action on the level at Brighton, Catterick and Yarmouth, although Nottingham’s fixture has been abandoned on account of a waterlogged track.
