This is a newcomers maiden for two-year old fillies. MARIE DE VEGA was an expensive purchase for a top yard and looks a strong chance. Selket represents a trainer who has been going well with two-year olds. Leading prospect. Magna Mater and Coeursamba both come from top yards and are likely to feature.

ALLEZ BARZA makes debut for a top yard. Looks a strong chance. Ethnic Type is a Fast Company colt for a big yard and needs to be considered. Entei and Go Athletico may feature in this.

ARROGANTE wasn’t beaten far with second start at Chantilly in a maiden finishing eighth. Big chance on third outing. Suffrage ran midfield making debut and can improve on initial three year old attempt. Trezy Boy is making his debut in a winnable event and can be considered. Huracan struggled past two outings though has shown something before.
12:50 Souveraine Elusive @ 10/3
SOUVERAINE ELUSIVE won impressively in March beating a number of these rivals by 3L. Has three wins in the past four starts and is a strong chance. Deacon won nicely a C3 conditions race at Lyon la Soie. Time before was third beaten 3L in a Chantilly handicap. Big player once again. Savoir Aimer and Plateado have been consistent of late and look to be contenders.
13:25 Zahony @ 10/1
ZAHONY was a good fourth at Chantilly in a newcomers race. Open to plenty of improvement and has to be considered. Satono Elpis was expensive purchase at the sale and has to be considered on debut. Bonne Idee and Les Loges both went well on debut and can be included in this.

IL PITTORE was a strong third in a claimer three starts back beaten a neck at Cagnes Sur Mer. Latest ran seventh in a handicap and is of note. What Do You Say delivered a good sixth in a Longchamp handicap recently. Likely to improve now in a claimer. Iron Spirit was fourth two starts back in a claimer and interesting returning to this sphere. Quevillon finished well beaten past few outings but is still one to consider down in grade.

BEAUFOUR was sixth in a maiden at Fontainebleau last time out. First attempt in a handicap and looks a top chance. One More Breath struggled on handicap debut at Fontainebleau on poor ground. Previously had been going well and worth another try. The Funk Bible third beaten a neck last time in a Bordeaux handicap. Should feature again. Nyakim has been showing form in similar events and needs to considered.

HOLDGREEN was a good sixth in a handicap at Angers last week. Dropping into a claimer and looks a strong chance with the recent run. Turnberry delivered a well beaten third last time out at Pornichet. Time before was a wide margin claiming winner. Well worth another try and is a big player. Shaken Not Stirred ran third in a claimer latest at Deauville. Similar contest and is a big chance. Flute En Sol recently produced a solid effort in a claimer and is one for the placings.
15:35 Ulan @ 11/8
ULAN won by a wide margin at Compiegne last time out in a handicap. Has gone up in the weights but is stil the one to beat. Smart Cookie was fifth beaten 2L in a handicap at Lyon Parilly in May. Consistent at this level and cannot be ruled out. Here Comes Summer struggled on return in a handicap latest. Before that had placed and improvement expected second up. Albiceleste is going back into a handicap after solid runs in claiming company.
