UP AND GO delivered a promising debut fourth at Chantilly over 1000m. Looks the one to beat at this level. Copin D’Abord managed seventh on debut and secures a strong jockey booking. Interesting. Shi Fu Mi was midfield on debut and comes to an easier contest. White Candle races second up and can improve for an in form trainer.

MIRAGE HERO finished second in March at Fontainebleau in a handicap over 1200m and is consistent and open to further improvement. Be Ahead is having her second outing in France and previously was a winner in the UK.
11:15 Antics Dealer @ 12/1
ANTICS DEALER finished well beaten latest in a handicap. Previously fourth in a Fontainebleau handicap over 1200m. This looks more moderate and is expected to improve. Bellagio is a maiden after five outings. Ran fifth in a claimer in March over 1100m and a big chance again. Cristal Marvelous and Vic Summer have both been reasonable over similar distances and are considered.
11:45 Sweet Zen @ 7/2
SWEET ZEN won by a neck in a maiden last time out at Fontainebleau. Going handicapping now and looks a strong chance. Dutch Chop is down from Listed company after a sixth at Chantilly in March. Time before made all the running to win a handicap at Fontainebleau. Looks a big player in this. Merry Picnic and Magical Moon both need consideration in an open event.
12:15 Forever Coco @ 11/2
FOREVER COCO went well in a C2 conditions stakes race when last seen. Down to claiming company and expected to find life easier. Eversweet won a claimer at Compiegne back in March after racing close to the pace. Capable at this level and cannot be ruled out. Pulchritude was beaten only 1L in a claimer last time out and needs to be included. Iamarock showed good form in a handicap two starts back and can bounce back.
12:50 Rio Del Jack @ 13/8
RIO DEL JACK has made the frame the past six outings including most recently third beaten 2L in a C2 conditions stakes race at Deauville. Returns to claimers and is a big chance. Corvus Glaive won well on final start in Ireland at Dundalk. Makes French debut in a claimer and has to be considered. Firstman was a maiden winner at Pau in January and now in a claimer is expected to go well. Joao is proven at claiming level and comes after a solid fourth.
13:24 Zarkallani @ 9/4
ZARKALLANI won on return in March in this class by 3L. Open to plenty of improvement only having had six starts to date. Could be tough to beat. House Of Kings found a success in a lower class latest. This is tougher but worth considering. Grace Spirit ran second beaten a head in Listed company last time out. Dropping down into this level for the first time and is a big player. Lady Te returns from a long break but has good form at a higher level.

CHIPIRON delivered a third last time out in a higher class in March. Having raced more recently than some of these might be able to take advantage of this. Soft Light ran a big race in the G1 Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe to finish sixth. Has not competed since but if fit upon return looks a big player. Sublimis was an impressive debut winner in December. Makes second start and can go close here. Grand Art produced a solid third last time out. This is tougher but could feature. .
14:32 Devil’s Eye @ 12/1
DEVIL’S EYE finished strongly to finish seventh in a handicap over 2500m beaten 2L. Going up in distance and this could suit. Strong chance. Sowgay disappointed in latest chasing a hat-trick. Not seen since March but is a big player if back in form. Five By Five and Wishing Ruby are both consistent in these races and likely to go well once more.
15:06 Sicaire @ 2/1
SICAIRE is a proven stayer who won last time out in a handicap. Similar event here and is a top chance once again. Wak’a placed latest in a handicap and needs to be consiairedered with this open event. Caprice De Venus and Max Attack are two for the placings.
