6:16 – #2 Sweet Repeat

The second race on the card is Grade B action, Trap 2 Sweet Repeat is an experienced sort with over 57 starts so far and 31 here. She won a Class C race two starts ago and was third last time out and not beaten by all that much. Has blistering early speed so putting that to use early on could make all in this race.

6:48 #8 – Imark Maverick

Race 4 is another of the Grade B races and I think the old man in the line up could win. Trap 8 Imark Maverick who is turning five this December is still running at the top of his game, with a commanding victory two races ago and was placed last time out when getting caught close home. He is usually up with the pace so as long as the creaky bones don’t affect him too much I think could cause an upset at a price.

7:36 #5 – Hong Kong King

The first of the Grade A action, Trap 5 Hong Kong King is a dog that managed to notch up two victories out of his last three runs, and though those wins were in lesser class races he is certainly on a upward curve. He is a dominant sort who can start and stay on some occasions. Staying would definitely be his strong hand, so if close to the pack early on watch this dog stretch them close home.

8:08 #3 – JTs Carbon Copy

Race 9 is our final Grade B race, and a couple in this race are looking for their third victory in a row. Both Traps 1 and 3 are the dogs and I’m siding with Trap 3’s JTs Carbon Copy. This dog has back-to-back wins in lesser action and has been impressive in claiming them. Still learning his trade with a relatively small number of races but could be one to keep an eye on for the future.

8:24 #5 – BGR JohnnyGuitar

Race 10 is the best race on the card. All eight runners have a chance and five of the field all won last time out, so all bang in form. Trap 5 BGR JohnnyGuitar marginally gets the vote, winning his last two races by four lengths and three-and-a-half lengths. He does leave himself plenty to do as he will be out the back early on but has been showing so much authority late on in his last two starts I just think he could land the hat-trick bid and gets the NAP vote to go in again.
