I’m expecting a big day for Karl Burke! Korker hacked up at Thirsk last time and while this is clearly much harder, any horse that can win a 5f race by 5l is pretty quick.

15:00 – Ametist

I’m going to forgive the disappointing outing at Newmarket last time from Ametist. Whatever went wrong then has hopefully been ironed out as he’s generally really consistent and the Haggas yard is flying.

15:35 – Snowfall

If the heavens open and it gets very soft, Wonderful Tonight would have a squeak, but just sit back and enjoy Snowfall. She’s exceptional and a joy to watch.
