What's the form looking like for Wednesday's races? Read on...

There’s a staggering 24 race programme from Naples fort Myers this Wednesday starting at 6pm.

The first race is a Grade B due off at 6pm, with trap four Mineral Spirits (4/1) has been given a downgrade from grade A to B today so should find it a good bit easier, has a little to find on the clock with some of today’s rivals but if pinching an early lead could make all in this race.

If it’s still on, there are probably odds on it at PaddyPower.com

Race two, due off at 6:16pm, is a Grade M (maiden race) with seven of the eight runners having run previously. It’s not the strongest of races but trap five’s RF Truly (5/2) has the strongest credentials. This August ’18 lady has been running quite well, she has had five races and been second on two occasions.

She was beaten a long way last time out but prior to that she was second only denied a length when passing rivals late on, so if she can get a clear run she stays strong and could break her maiden tag.

The fourth race is due off at 6:48pm and is another Class B race. Trap two in the blue, Prairie Day (4/1), could be the way to play it. Going off recent comments, this dog has plenty of early gears but seems to weaken close home, though, when beaten this runner is never all that far away, so if this one can lead early they can stay ahead and land the spoils again.

The seventh race at 7:36pm, is the first of our Class A contests. All eight runners hold strong chances, but trap three, FF Lurch (17/10), really caught the eye with a good victory last time out, and has six starts here, winning four of those. He’s also been jumping up the grades nicely winning at this level last time out. This dog seems to dominate from the front so at a price he gets my NAP selection of the meeting.

The final contest from here we going to look at is race ten at 8:24pm. It’s a Class A race where three of the line-up are all last-time-out winners, two at this grade and trap eight is jumping two grades following back-to-back victories at the lower level.

Trap six’s Superior Mandy (3/1), donning the yellow vest, should have her say. She won in the grade last time out winning quite easily by three lengths. Clocking in at 30.77 is the second-fastest in the line-up and I just think she could reign supreme.

Today’s Money Back Special at Paddy Power.com is on any dog that finishes second or third to a Starting Price Favourite on ALL races. Max stake £/€10.
