The final round of UEFA Champions League action this month sees two heavyweight clashes as the quarter finals are wrapped up.

Mikel Arteta will be hoping for some Bavarian delight as Arsenal head to Bayern Munich and Manchester City and Real Madrid face their annual scrap for supremacy.

Nerves will be jangling in Munich and Manchester, with Pep Guardiola’s urge to tinker always an issue for anyone looking to throw a bet on the Premier League champions.

However, Guardiola’s mental gymnastics and substitutions are no longer a problem, thanks to Paddy Power’s Super Sub Offer!

The idea is simple, if you back a player in a specific market, and they’re substituted for whatever reason before they can land your leg, the bet passes on to the person who comes on for them – find out more about Super Sub here.

The offer is only applicable for 90 minute matches – not extra time – and can be used for singles, multiples and Bet Builders. You can take advantage of the offer with both pre-game and in-play markets and bets.

Bayern Munich v Arsenal – Harry Kane to score

Harry Kane loves nothing more than scoring against Arsenal whether he’s banging them in as part of a former life at Tottenham or in his new role at Bayern Munich.

His career tally against the Gunners now stands at 15 in 20 games and he even found time to slot home from the penalty spot in the 2-2 first leg draw at the Emirates Stadium.

Kane’s seven Champions League goals places him as the competition’s top scorer so far this season and he has scored three in three knockout games in 2024.

Bayern Munich v Arsenal – Bukayo Saka to be fouled 2+ times

Bukayo Saka fired Arsenal in front in the first leg and he is Arteta’s most potent threat with 18 goals in all competitions. With no Alphonso Davies to try and marshal him in the reverse game, Bayern will be on alert, and the foul counter could shoot up.

Saka is the most fouled player still left in the Champions League this season, with 23 fouls against him in seven starts, at an average of just over three per game and he was fouled fives times in the first leg, more than any other player.

Man City v Real Madrid – Rodrygo to have 2+ shots on target

Despite the huge focus on his Brazilian compatriot Vinicius Junior, Rodrygo is quietly developing into a ruthless operator for Los Blancos, with four Champions League goals already this season.

His pea roller of an effort put Real Madrid 2-1 up in the first leg before a wild night in Madrid ended at 3-3. He’s Real Madrid’s top marksman for efforts on target in Europe, with 15 from eight starts, at a rate of just under two per game and he registered two in the first leg.

Man City v Real Madrid – Eduardo Camavinga to commit 2+ fouls

The first leg in Madrid was a full blooded battle with 20 fouls committed in total. French international Eduardo Camavinga committed two of those fouls and was lucky to avoid a booking on the night.

16 fouls in the Champions League so far this season makes him Real Madrid’s naughtiest player and he will be under pressure to make his mark on the City midfield.
