Everton v Man City

Everton have been fired up the last two games. I couldn’t believe how many chances they created against Leicester, but they didn’t take them in that 2-2 draw.
Then they go down to Brighton and score after 36 seconds. It was a great defensive display but their counter-attacking was brilliant and they took their chances.
It’s only four wins in their last 23 Premier League and Sean Dyche must be wondering where that came from because his previous wins before that have been 1-0!
Just a word of warning on Manchester City with your bets – I’m expecting changes ahead of that Champions League second-leg against Real Madrid in midweek. What a result that was. I thought they were excellent for the first half-hour on Tuesday but needed to score.
They’re unbeaten in 13 Premier League games, winning 10 on the spin.
I think City will take this one too, but Everton will make it hard. I fancy both teams to score, I can see the visitors getting a 2-1 win.
For my Bet Builder I’ll add in Erling Haaland to get on the scoresheet for City, Ilkay Gundogan to have 1+ shot on target, I think Riyad Mahrez will start and I fancy him for 1+ shot on target too.
To complete my punt I’m adding Everton defender Yerry Mina to be booked. He’ll be right up against it.

Brighton had that amazing 99th-minute winner against Manchester United but how will they react to that big defeat by Everton?
They’ll need to respond, and we know how good they are building from the back – but so are Arsenal.
I think both teams will score – Arsenal have scored in each of their last 17 games in all competitions so you know they will – I think there will be over 2.5 goals, Arsenal will win and could take this 2-1.
Gabriel Jesus has five in his last seven appearances and I fancy him anytime here to score or assist in my Bet Builder.
I’ll add in Martin Odegaard to have 1+ shots on target, Brighton’s Alexis Mac Allister to do the same with 1+ shots on target and with Lewis Dunk up against Jesus I’m going for him to get a card.
