Paddy Power Super Sub: Can you name EVERY Premier League hat-trick scoring sub?

Paddy, with zis incredibly difficult Super Sub brainteaser you are really bamboozling us

1992. Whitney Houston held the number 1 spot in the charts longer than the average Football League gaffer lasts now.

Linford Christie blew away the 100m in the Olympics and sent interest surging in leotards across the UK.

Ronald Koeman scored the winner in the European Cup final to give a little club called Barcelona it’s first ever continental crown at Wembley –  and plotted to ruin Graham Taylor’s England managerial career while he celebrated. Probably.

And, most importantly, the Premier League was born.

It’s a chuffing long time ago, but in all those years there have only been seven players who truly lived up to the title of ‘super sub’ by coming off the bench to score hat-tricks in the top-flight.

So, to mark the launch of Paddy’s latest – and may I say, greatest –  football promo, Super Sub, which sees your player bet roll over onto substitutes rather than end when your selection gets an early jacket, we’re challenging anyone who thinks they know their football to name this magnificent seven.

There’s one very obvious name for those who remember when you had to play fantasy football in a newspaper as he scored it in one of the Premier League’s biggest wins and was known for his exploits off the bench, but the rest should have you scratching your head for at least three minutes and 59 seconds.

So let’s see if your know-all mate can figure this one out – without googling on the sly this time.

And remember, even if you don’t get them all – and you won’t I assure you – you still have the consolation of knowing that your next anytime goalscorer bet won’t be downed by an in-game injury or early coat thanks to Paddy Power’s Super Sub.

Good luck… cos you’re gonna bloody need it, pal… *deranged cackle*
