Now listen, I love Danny Welbeck as much as the next girl, but this one is a pretty special bet. Someone tell Welbz that there’s a very positive-thinking Arsenal fan out there who is backing him to grab the league by the horns and grab the Golden Boot.
It’s probably worth baring in mind that he netted two goals in 16 games last campaign – although he did come back from a serious injury – and has in fact scored 36 goals in 170 appearances. To put it in perspective, that’s only seven more than Harry Kane scored in the entire of last season.
