It Must Be Faith was easy to back but took advantage of a drop in the weight to regain the winning thread at Kempton last Monday, digging in well having covered plenty of ground, and he improved on that effort to easily follow up under a penalty at Wolverhampton five days on, going with zest before forging clear under a hands-and-heels ride.
He looks well treated under a double penalty and is clearly in red-hot form at present, so he gets the vote to complete the hat-trick.
Fame N Fortune – 13:45 Lingfield (next best)
Fame N Fortune made a winning debut for George Baker’s yard at this venue in October, doubling his career tally as he forged clear, and he proved better than ever to follow up under similar conditions later the same month, keeping on well to edge out a subsequent winner.
He came up just short in his bid to land the hat-trick here last month, though he did run at least as well in defeat, and, stepped up to this trip, he resumed winning ways here earlier this month, coming to the fore with another thriving sort before staying on to lead in the final 50 yards. This yard have really found the key to him, and he is improving all the time, so he rates a big player despite a 6lb rise.

By Jove landed handicaps at Windsor and Salisbury at the beginning of the season, and though he struggled for form in his subsequent outings for Michael Bell, he produced a promising display on his debut for Michael Appleby earlier this month, finishing a respectable fifth over this course and distance after 12 weeks off.
He is entitled to be sharper for that outing and is back down to a fair mark if this yard can eke a little improvement out of him. He has a good chance on form and is expected to be bang there.
