LADY LEANORA produced her best effort of the campaign when second over this course and distance last time, keeping on well to pass the post just a head behind the winner. She was also worthy of extra credit having not been quite so well placed as the pair she split. She is clearly very effective under these conditions and there should be more races to be won with her from a mark of 61.

In what looks a weak maiden on paper, she is certainly one of the more interesting runners.
WORLD FAMOUS took a step forward when second in a maiden at the Curragh last time, clearly relishing the longer trip as he ran on well to be beaten just a length and a quarter. The first two pulled clear of the rest and World Famous is likely to have more to offer with that first outing for eight months under his belt. He definitely has the ability to win a race of this nature and it will be disappointing if he can’t get the job done today at short odds.

He is on a losing run stretching all the way back to his debut in June 2020, but the way he has been shaping recently suggests he should put that right sooner rather than later from a mark of 79.
ROCK OF CANDY produced a career best when second on her handicap debut over this course and distance last month, benefiting from a step up in trip and the fitting of first-time cheekpieces. She had Forgetmenotblue back in third on that occasion and they could be the pair to focus on again. Rock of Candy shades the vote to open her account from just a 2 lb higher mark.
