10:10 – Seamia @ 6/4

Debutante’s race so market is the guide. Breeding doesn’t come much better than SEAMIA with breeding of Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe winners – Sea the Stars and Solemia. Exciting prospect. Others to consider include Paix, Tres Valentine, Posed and Premiere Bohemienne.

10:40 – Royaume Uni @ 3/1

Another debutante’s race full of well bred horses and prominent connections. The main ones to consider are ROYAUME UNI, Sheraz, Woodstock Park, High Tech, Met Office and Civilian.

11:10 – Moujik @ 10/11

Two main chances. MOUJIK won on debut at Toulose in October and National Service is an AW winner at Chantilly in December. Logical progression to this race for both horses. King Pacha and Lipsink are the next two. Both won a maiden two starts ago and then entered Listed contests only to fail. Seeking Dickens for the place.

11:40 – Mary’s France @ 15/2

Runners moving from maiden wins to this next level whilst others have performed well following their debut victories and are suited to this event. The main ones to look at are MARY’S FRANCE, Vanada, Waahaat and Black Fever.

12:10 – Gannat @ 6/4

On form, GANNAT should win this race. Last start a course and distance G1 winner. Looks too classy. Farafra won a 2400m G2 race at this venue in October and should go well. It is hard to see anything else winning. Place hopes Genola and Fatima De Clerval.

12:50 – Richemont @ 9/1

Very open handicap with plenty of consistent and talented horses engaged. Main chances on form are Top Max, if fit after producing two seconds in similar races, RICHEMONT, who is ready to win at this level, Carter And Go, the progressive Noxareno, Matandar and the well weighted filly Attirance. Plenty of value in this race.

13:25 – Mustaqqir @ 5/1

Another competitive handicap. Top choice is MUSTAQQIR dropping in grade from a higher level handicap second at Deauville 1900m in March. Lady Diya can be forgiven her first up run in March in a stronger contest. Maintained consistent form last season. Poca Boy will represent value and is progressive with two wins this year. La Gaeta is in good form but up in class whilst Arum and Plage Keller have claims.

14:00 – Perfecto @ 11/1

PERFECTO recorded his only win over this distance. Current form is good and delivered a promising seasonal reappearance in March. Suquitho enters into handicap racing on a fair mark and is going well in stronger contests. Truco is also a handicap debutante with a maiden win two races back. Both horses are chances. Marrakech Express drops in grade and has a good record over the distance. Il Decamerone holds some claims and Van Halo is next best.

14:35 – Ministrable @ 8/1

MINISTRABLE won two in succession and has since been close. Chance. Copper Baked put in a good run at Cagnes three starts ago while forgive latest. Can bounce back. Je Suis Charlie previously won and in three subsequent outings has gone close. The drop in distance may assist. Two in the mix are Gaetano Donizetti and Alegia. At odds, consider Big Letters and Lavinia Rose.

15:10 – Ode One @ 5/1

ODE ONE is running into a place off this mark and is close to a win. Grisbi produced two solid efforts past two over this distance and rates a solid chance. Prost has been thereabouts of late with two close up fifth placings and Rise Hit is suited to this level of event. Anadun previously won four races over this journey and managed a solid performance at Bordeaux when second two runs ago. Konig Chouchen is a place chance.
