14:10 – Tango Man
TANGO MAN is by Kingman and a half-brother to several winners, including the smart Geoffrey Freer Stakes winner Agent Murphy. He clearly looks the part as well having cost £496,000 earlier this year, so it will be interesting to see what he can do in this maiden. Kyeema sets a fairly useful standard for him to aim at, but Tango Man gets the vote to make a winning debut for David Loughnane.

14:45 – Sovereign Moon
SOVEREIGN MOON is worth excusing her below-par effort at Ayr last time, never managing to get involved after racing too freely in the early stages. She has been given a short break since and the drop back to seven furlongs today will be in her favour. She showed she retains all her ability when finishing a close-up fourth on her penultimate start over this course and distance and a repeat of that form will give her every chance on these terms.

15:15 – Haven Lady
HAVEN LADY wasted no time getting back on track with a good third at this course two weeks ago, staying on gradually to pass the post less than four lengths behind the winner. She is 1 lb lower in the weights today and the way she shaped there suggests she is well worth a try at two miles. This looks a weak contest and the fact that Haven Lady arrives here in form could count for a lot given that most of her rivals have questions to answer.
15:45 – Wade’s Magic
WADE’S MAGIC put up his best effort of the season when third over this course and distance two weeks ago, keeping on well to be beaten just a nose and a neck. That was a big step back in the right direction and it goes without saying that he is potentially very well treated judged on the pick of his form. After all, he is still 7 lb lower in the weights than when registering his last success at Redcar in September 2021.
16:15 – Thunder Flash
THUNDER FLASH has won his last two starts at Leicester, proving at least as good as ever since being fitted with headgear. He was well on top at the finish last time, hitting the front inside the final two furlongs and always doing enough from there to land the spoils by a length and a half. He clearly arrives here in a rich vein of form and a 4 lb rise in the weights might not be enough to stop him in his hat-trick bid.
16:45 – Jet Set Go
JET SET GO is still a maiden after 19 starts, but it’s surely just a matter of time before she gets off the mark. She was beaten less than a length at Ayr eight days ago, filling the runner-up spot for the second start in a row. She can race from the same mark today and this looks as good an opportunity as any for her to gain a first victory.
