Each and every day of the racing year we bring you a bumper NAPs table to give you the inside scoop on all the plays you’ll need that day.

WELCOME TO PADDY POWER NEWS!

Don’t know what a NAPs table is? We’ll tell you! It’s an independently run competition involving the cream of the British and Irish racing press whose positions in the table are based on their profits to Level Stakes. And just like all sports competitions worldwide, those doing best are towards the top of the table.

So, we decided to put that golden guide to the test and use it to steer you towards what could be a savvy Lucky 15 (4 horses, 15 bets). The four you’ll see below are the selections of some of the top-performing tipsters in the table. Let’s get to the bets…

Wincanton-Races

14:10 Carlisle – Royal Arcade (Racing Post)

The step back up in trip could be just what the lightly raced ROYAL ARCADE needs, and he’s taken to add to last March’s novice hurdle win here. The mare Without Conviction retains potential and is next on the list ahead of last-time-out Kelso winner Upandatit.

15:10 Wincanton – Eclair On Line (The Times)

Top weight Maliboo (second choice) has obvious claims on her hat-trick bid while money for Fleminport could signal a sudden upturn in fortunes. ECLAIR ON LINE ran really well here six weeks ago and the form of that race now looks very solid.

15:30 Southwell – Western Music (The Sun)

The sole 3yo Thatsthefinest has shown that he knows how to win which is more than can be said for many of these. He is worthy of respect, but preference is for WESTERN MUSIC who won well over C&D on his penultimate start and looked unlucky not to go closer in a 0-60 at Newcastle last time. Arzaak and Jack Ryan are hard to win with, but both have been running with credit in similar events lately.

16:45 Thurles – Ernie McCracken (Irish Sun)

ERNIE MCCRACKEN upped his form when second at Gowran on handicap debut recently and, with this longer trip promising to bring more still out of him, he’s a confident choice to open his account. The in-form Robinstown should put up another bold bid from the front and Bay Ambition is no forlorn hope with the return to smaller obstacles in her favour.
