18:15 – On The Right Track

Danking, Act Of Magic and Villanelle all have something to recommend them but the pair to appeal most are Ice Canyon and ON THE RIGHT TRACK. The former ran well over C&D recently but On The Right Track should be sharper for his return to action a fortnight ago and was progressing on the AW towards the end of 2020.

18:45 – The Hood

Missile moves into handicaps with potential but she did run poorly on her reappearance and connections now reach for headgear. Tiki Fire, Dual Identity and Uncle Dick all have claims but THE HOOD‘s Nottingham effort was encouraging and he may be able to make a winning handicap debut.

19:15 – Cabrini

Eponina looks solid to go well again but CABRINI caught the eye with a much-improved run at Yarmouth where she came home with a flourish after having trouble in finding her way through the crowd. If Parikarma can translate this week’s AW run back to turf then she should also be involved, with Deep Sigh also considered in an open race.

19:45 – Gdaay

Wolflet looks on a competitive mark judged on her latest second at Yarmouth, while the unexposed Vellco’s Boy and Rectory Road also come into calculations. There’s a strong suspicion that we haven’t seen the best of G’DAAY yet though and he caught the eye at Sandown on his handicap debut, trying to come from well back but running into a bit of trouble against the rail at a crucial stage. He might be worth chancing in this slightly weaker event.

20:15 – Wudashudacuda

This looks trappy. Night Of Romance won well against her own sex over C&D this month but a 6lb rise does demand more of her. Ensyaaby could do better now sprinting, while Lockdown Latchico and Merry Secret also come into the reckoning. WUDASHUDACUDA was progressing well on AW earlier in the year though and may be able to make a successful return from a three-month absence.

20:45 – Romulan Prince

Athers, Helluvaboy and Sundayinmay all have something to recommend them but this may rest between the two recent winners. Canoodled is 4lb well in after her facile success at Lingfield but this is a deeper race on faster ground and she may prove vulnerable to ROMULAN PRINCE (nap). Richard Hughes’s 3yo picked up well to score at Chelmsford last week and he can make it 2-2 in handicaps.
