14:40 Robyndeglory

This is a weak-looking mares’ maiden hurdle and Robyndeglory has the best piece of hurdle form after her second-place finish just over a week ago to Mt Leinster Gold. She’s had the experience now of three runs over hurdles, so they should stand to her and make her tough to beat in what is a very ordinary contest.

16:50 Shean Glory

Shean Glory was quietly fancied on handicap debut in a lady riders’ event last week at Thurles. She showed plenty suggesting that she should have no trouble in winning off a mark of 87. An eye-catching jockey booking here with Simon Torrens taking off a very valuable 5lbs and if she can improve slightly from that effort last week, she should be bang there at the line.

17:20 Wa Wa (E/W)

This is one of the more competitive races on the card and Wa Wa looks one that should be able to compete off his opening mark of 93. He travelled well for a long way last time over C&D before fading out of it late on, but that was a maiden hurdle. I’m hoping dropping into a low-grade handicap will help him see out the race a bit better and he looks a decent each-way bet.
