Leeds have impressed me greatly, I had to be impressed with them in that first game against Liverpool which finished 4-3. It was just absolutely incredible. You just do not like to come up against new boys at the start of the season. I knew that Leeds v Liverpool would be hard for The Reds. It’s got great memories for a lot of people, Liverpool v Leeds, and it didn’t disappoint.
And the way they played against Manchester City was quite extraordinary because City absolutely battered them for 20 minutes and when Manchester City do that, there’s no comeback. But Leeds did come back and got a point out of the game but it was how they played that impressed me.
For them to turn it round just before half time and to kick on in the second half and become the better team, I think that will give them great belief. I think this is going to be a tough one for Wolves.
I’ve been a great admirer of Nuno Espirito Santo because of the way he plays, he doesn’t deviate. He plays the three at the back, the four in midfield and three up front and I think he has a wonderful way of playing.
THOMMO’S TIPS:I just think, as with Sheffield United, Wolves might find it a little bit tougher now. Maybe people are finding them out a little bit more. I think Leeds might take advantage of this but I think this is going to be tight. I’m going to go for Leeds to Win 2-1 for this game and I think it’ll be a really good game.
Wolves’ Raul Jimenez, I think he’s one of the best strikers in the league. We (Liverpool) took their best player, Diogo Jota, but Raul Jimenez, I fancy him to score on Monday night.
