The Las Vegas Raiders are on the road as the travel to the Motor City for their Monday Night Football clash against the Detroit Lions with both teams looking to put last weekends results behind them. For the Lions, it was a heavy defeat to the Baltimore Ravens, where the Raiders fell at the hands of the lowly Chicago Bears.

The Lions are coming off a disappointing loss to the Ravens. I’d expect them to react and bounce back this week. Raiders suffered a blowout loss themselves but to a much less formidable opponent in the Bears. Undrafted rookie quarterback Tyson Bagent took the silver and black apart in his first career start, beating the Raiders by 18 points in the end. The Lions have home field advantage and they are the better team. They should get the job done, so take them to win.
Amon-Ra St Brown anytime TD scorer
Amon Ra is Jared Goff’s go-to man. He’s scored two touchdowns in his last three games and went for over 100 yards last weekend against the Ravens defence. If the Lions are looking for a scorer through the air St Brown is their man.
Josh Jacobs anytime TD scorer
Josh Jacobs take the bulk of the carries for the Raiders and is also a threat in the passing game through check downs and screens. Head coach Josh McDaniels will look to utilise him in the Redzone too I like his chances to find the end zone on Monday night.
Devante Adams under 75 yards receiving
Adams was the main man in Green Bay where he flourished with a Hall of Fame QB Aaron Rodgers under centre.
He was never likely to hit the same heights after moving to Vegas, a lot being down to not having the same calibre of quarterback dishing passes. He’s still flashed his elite talent, but over the last three weeks Adams has been held to 57 yards against Chicago, 29 against New England and 45 against Green Bay. Detroit will key in on him again, and, even with starter Jimmy Garoppolo likely back in the line-up, he’s likely to find it difficult against an improved Lions defence. Take the under.

Primetime unders have been hitting all year. Is it a case of nerves or just poor football? Defences have been on top this year in general with scoring down across the league and under the bright lights of Primetime on Monday, this game should follow the trend.
