14:40 Folly Master

Mostly chasing debutants so previous chasing experience could give Brucejack an advantage, but preference is for FOLLY MASTER (nap) who goes chasing after being hit with a massive hike for a Punchestown hurdle win. Duffys Getaway has had a good season hurdling, but the handicapper seems to have caught up with him, so he has to be respected now sent chasing albeit he ideally wants further. Gaspard Du Seuil showed a decent level of ability in the past and is worth keeping an eye on now sent chasing.

15:10 Global Assembly

On racecourse form, GLOBAL ASSEMBLY has the best credentials. Despite doubts raised by his last two runs in points, he gets the vote. Likely dangers are Ryehill and Miners Bridge, which are closely matched on Belharbour running. Lisleigh Lad beat a good horse last time but has been inconsistent. Carrig Wells has a place chance on her best form.

    15:40 Brave Fortune

Quite an open-looking maiden in which legitimate claims are held by the likes of Touch Me Not, Doctor Glide and Ballycallan King. However, it could pay to side with BRAVE FORTUNE, an impressive point-to-point winner who pitched in at the deep end on his hurdles debut and now drops in grade.

    16:10 Depeche Mo

Recent winners Smallcraftwarning and Pana To Milan demand respect but preference is for DEPECHE MO, absent since his Fairyhouse second in October but who has run well fresh in the past and looks nicely weighted. Jay Pee M and Mullins Cross are others with claims.

    16:40 Malton Groove

A maiden which probably won’t take much winning. If MALTON GROOVE was able to recapture anything like his best form when with Gordon Elliott, he would surely take some beating here with a hood fitted. However, legitimate question marks are hanging over him nowadays. John The Diva looks like a solid place option, while the erstwhile disappointing Balally Park and Sainte Baol are others to consider and, Tell Us This is a potential improver now upped in trip.

        17:10 Power Hour

There is a good chance that Linden Arden will continue to prosper, and Shannon Royale and Native Speaker are also contenders for top stables. However, POWER HOUR, from a small Tipperary yard, is put forward as an each-way alternative.

        17:40 Eastbank Warrior

A slow gallop was probably not ideal for two of these at Limerick last time, EASTBANK WARRIOR may uphold form with Machismo. The pair may be better suited by the likely testing conditions than Red Hugh, a good-ground point winner who lacks a recent run.
