Start Line wasn’t far behind Schiele last time and may reverse form with that rival with the prospect of him coming on for that run and improving for a longer trip.

With solid Group form and a mark of 100 to her name, the bar is set fairly high by CIGAMIA and she can account for Alizarine and last month’s Limerick debut winner Fizzical.
18:25 – True Artist
A competitive maiden but TRUE ARTIST shades the vote. He comes with some risks attached having refused on his penultimate start but he was only narrowly denied in a Gowran maiden last time and he could be hard to beat if he builds on that. It was an encouraging debut from Ms Eagleton last week and she’s another to consider with this longer trip likely to suit.

A few of these look well treated, none more so than SILKEN LADDER who has looked promising enough in both her starts at 1m and should come on from her recent reappearance at Gowran. Inchiquin Star is another that could come on from a promising reappearance while Joseph O’Brien’s pair, Sistine Madonna and Onameridance both have workable opening marks.
19:25 – Hanbags ‘N’ Gladrags
There should be more to come from HANBAGS N GLADRAGS (nap) who was a snug winner at Gowran and she can defy a 7lb higher mark. Stay Local looks to be on a competitive rating too and could be the main danger while Eastern Racer and likely pace angle Pimstrel can also go well.

19:55 – Der Mc
The form of DER MC‘s win earlier in the month looks solid and while he has a 9lb rise to cope with, he may find improvement for this longer trip. Magnetic North is another last time out winner that has similar claims and one of these should fall the way of Abstract at some point, having run well again at Gowran last week.
20:30 – My Mate Mozzie
This is competitive but a chance is taken on MY MATE MOZZIE who has been progressing nicely over hurdles since he was last seen on the Flat and, if he can translate all his ability back to this sphere, he should give a good account. Port Sunlight has the form in the book to justify being favourite for this but her strike-rate is a little off-putting. Gentleman Joe may be capable of progressing back in this sphere with this new trip likely to suit.
