NAP of the Day: Friday’s NAPs Table of horse racing tips in the UK & Ireland

It’s a fab Friday across the tracks in the UK and Ireland – and Paddy’s nifty NAPs Table has the inside line on who the racing boffins are backing today.

With seven courses putting on cards, the tipsters are really spoilt for choice today. Paddy’s gone the extra mile by gathering their best bets and if that’s not enough he’s listed the so-called experts by their profit and loss so you know who’s firing and who’s flopping.

Haydock kicks things off from 1pm, the ITV cameras are at Newmarket for the second day of the Cambridgeshire meeting with three Group contests on the schedule, while the penultimate day of Listowel‘s Harvest Festival gets going from 1.40pm.

York and Worcester round off the afternoon action plus there’s evening fun on the all-weather at Dundalk and Newcastle.

NAPs Table leader Jim Delahunt throws his support behind Lord Of The Glen in the 5.30pm at Newcastle, Newmarket likes the look of London Eye in Worcester’s 5.07pm, while Templegate is tipping up Bandinelli in the 3.45pm at Haydock.
