I thought that Netherlands v Ukraine game was probably the best that we’ve seen at Euro 2020 so far. We’ve missed The Dutch, they’ve not been at a major tournament for a long time, 2014 I think it is.
We’ve missed that sea of orange, the Dutch way, the Cruyff way, the way they play their football. We know defensively they’re never going to be great but just to see attacking football [was great]. Listen, it’s a tournament you’ve got to take risks.
NEW TO PADDY POWER?
Sometimes you see teams sit back and sit back. The Dutch have gone, ‘No, we’re going at teams. We’re going to create chances. If we concede one we score two and if we concede two we’re going to score three.’
They’ve got some top, top players, it’s exciting to see and the Austria game was just as good. It actually reminded me, I didn’t know where Marko Arnautovic was. I actually thought he’d retired until I saw him pop up the other day! They’ve got some good, good players.
Thursday 8pm: The Netherlands v Austria

I can’t see, given the way the teams play, that there’ll be no goals in this game. Listen, what Austria did in the first game to get the three points, they’ll be aiming to do in the second game.
I fancy Holland to Win 3-2. I love Georginio Wijnaldum, he’s a top player, and they’ll be gutted that he left Liverpool. I believe there are some issues that he’s prepared to come out after the tournament and explain to everyone, but to lose a player like that for Liverpool is a big, big loss.
You saw the other day playing for Holland what a top, top player he is. He gets in the box, scores goals. I can see Wijnaldum Scoring Anytime. I can see Memphis Depay Scoring Anytime as well. But Georginio Wijnaldum to score against Austria. That’s my call.
