Jay-Z releases new ‘100 problems’ track amid Spurs takeover bid

Dropping some beats at the Lane, and we're not talking about Spurs results for a change

Rap icon Jay-Z has just dropped a new track called ‘100 Problems’ as he prepares to bid for Tottenham Hotspur.

The 53-year-old, stuck on 99 problems for almost 20 years, has decided to give himself one extra headache by purchasing the North London outfit.

Paddy Power News understands the rapper wants to store his burgeoning collection of music awards including his 24 Grammys in Spurs’ empty trophy room.

Spurs’ board are reportedly keen on the move with Jay-Z facing fewer legal issues than current owner Joe Lewis.

The music mogul is launching a £2 billion takeover on the recommendation of his wife Beyoncé who recently performed five gigs at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Bey sold out five shows at the venue and finally gave Tottenham fans inside the ground something to cheer about.

He is said to be blown away by the new multi-purpose stadium’s retractable pitch and isn’t concerned about the mounting issues at the club.

‘Spurs have 99 problems but a pitch ain’t one’, Jay-Z told Paddy Power News.

‘They haven’t won a trophy in 16-years. Harry Kane wants to leave, and the owner has been indicted for fraud. But the pitch is great. Let’s try to focus on the positives.

The Big Pimpin’ singer was also impressed by the club’s VIP cheese room.

‘You know Jay likes spinning cheese but these mutha f***as have a cheese room. Un-brie-lievable, man’.

Meanwhile, Jay-Z’s longtime rival Nas is reportedly about to make a bid for Arsenal as he seeks to reignite their bitter rap feud.

Nas took aim at Jay today by dropping a diss track entitled ‘Spursy’ in which he listed all the bottle jobs Spurs have been involved in over the years.

Jay responded with a diss track of his own called ‘H to the olding’ about Arsenal defender Rob Holding’s many gaffes.
