Although the Packers have more time to prepare their defence for this game, I don’t think it will make a significant difference. This season, Green Bay has struggled to stop the run. The Lions ran for 211 yards against the Packers previous week. Given that Jacobs is finally beginning to take on a more authentic appearance, I anticipate seeing a breakout performance from him. He lost to the Chargers last week and had 139 total yards; he should find some openings on Monday. Take his over.

As mentioned the Packers struggle to stop the run. David Montgomery, the Lions premium back scored three times against the Packers last week. I’d expect Jacobs to find his way in this week at least once. Jacobs is the Raiders go to man in the redzone. Jones had been nursing a hamstring injury going into the clash with the Lions hence his limited use. Having had the chance to rest up with the mini-bye, I’m expecting a big day for Jones. Jones will be up against the 26th-ranked tun defence of the Las Vegas Raiders (134.3 yards allowed per game). He scored in his first day out against the Bears and if he’s on the field when the Packers are in the redzone, I like his chances to score.
