16:45 – Deneuve
Usually an informative maiden, with DENEUVE making clear appeal. The red-hot Ballydoyle team have had 4 winning juveniles from 6 runners first time up this season and the well-bred filly can add to that impressive tally with victory first time up. Slick Chick should be all the better for her Curragh debut and can take a hand. La Dolce Vita is another newcomer to note and the betting should offer more clues.

17:15 – Carlton Banks
CARLTON BANKS caught the eye on his return when sixth in a big-field Curragh handicap and can gain a second C&D success here at the chief expense of the handily-weighted Big Gossey. Pulse of Shanghai appeals as the pick of the remainder for place purposes.
17:45 – National Gallery
NATIONAL GALLERY progressed again when landing a 14-runner maiden at Dundalk in January and with winners coming out of that race, his opening mark could be lenient. There’s obvious depth to this 3-y-o contest, with Little Queenie and Might And Mercy just a couple of potential dangers.
18:15 – Mooneista
MOONEISTA won this race a year ago and looks primed for another very bold bid on the back of an excellent reappearance at Cork. Romantic Proposal lacks a recent run but is a key form player, with Majestic Colt of interest for his new yard if they go hard.

18:45 – Emily Dickinson
Aidan O’Brien could hold the key to this, with EMILY DICKINSON taken to get off the mark after a promising return at Leopardstown. Superbly-bred stablemate Champagne is of obvious interest on debut. Fennela is another newcomer to note, while Red Azalea seems sure to be winning races soon.
19:15 – Ivy League
Aidan O’Brien has made a tremendous start to the season and IVY LEAGUE could be another winner for the yard. He built on his debut promise when recently landing a maiden at Dundalk and this well-bred colt is open to further improvement now pitched into a handicap off what looks a fair opening mark. Knightlaila also remains with potential and is next on the list, while Mister Wilson and Culcor are others to consider.

19:45 – Hot Bell
A chance is taken on HOT BELL who wasn’t seen to best effect on her recent Gowran reappearance and is nicely treated on her placed efforts on turf last summer. Mullacash Buzz arrives in good form from AW and should have a part to play. Unexposed 3-y-os Molly’s Gamble and Litteratus are also on the shortlist.
20:15 – Magic Charm
MAGIC CHARM made a positive start to the season when fourth behind a trio of in-form rivals at Leopardstown and he may well gain a belated first career success with Wayne Lordan again in the hot-seat. Tooso improved when third in a 7f Cork handicap recently and this trip should be ideal, so she needs considering. Morning Approach is third choice, while Barretstown and Take My Hand merit respect, too.
