Each and every day of the racing year we bring you a bumper NAPs table to give you the inside scoop on all the plays you’ll need that day.
Don’t know what a NAPs table is? We’ll tell you! It’s an independently run competition involving the cream of the British and Irish racing press whose positions in the table are based on their profits to Level Stakes. And just like all sports competitions worldwide, those doing best are towards the top of the table.
So, we decided to put that golden guide to the test and use it to steer you towards what could be a savvy Lucky 15 (4 horses, 15 bets). The four you’ll see below are the selections of some of the top performing tipsters in the table. Let’s get to the bets…
HELLO FROM PADDY POWER NEWS!
13:25 Plumpton – On My Command (Irish Independent)
Sacre Coeur looks a winner waiting to happen for Jonjo O’Neill but preference is for the less exposed ON MY COMMAND, who might be better handicapped. With Shantung having something to prove at the track, best of the rest may be Golden Emblem.
14:00 Plumpton – Chanceux (Racing Post)
This track should suit CHANCEUX and he looked a nice prospect in winning as he liked at Chepstow. Russian Virtue could make a hurdler but it’s Sami Bear who appeals most for forecast purposes.
15:15 Ayr – Linelee King (Daily Post)
The Olly Murphy-trained LINELEE KING made a winning chase debut at Aintree last month and can defy a 4lb rise in this less-competitive race. There are various positives for the others and perhaps the unexposed Royal Arcade will be the chief threat now up in trip on his second chase start.

17:00 Newcastle – Maywake (myracing.com)
A tactical event wouldn’t play to the strengths of either Orbaan or Sanaadh which counts against them, for all they are both well handicapped. Lead Story could enjoy the run of things but MAYWAKE is unexposed over 7f and he dug deep to win here three weeks ago. There could be more to come from him and his rider’s 3lb claim could come in very handy.
Tuesday tips:
13:25 Plumpton – On My Command
14:00 Plumpton – Chanceux
15:15 Ayr – Linelee King
17:00 Newcastle – Maywake
