Gordon Elliott has won six of the last ten runnings of this Grade 3 and looks set to claim the prize again. HOLLOW GAMES and Ginto stand out from the rest, and the former makes most appeal at this early stage of their respective careers. Lunar Display could earn more black type in third.

A chance is taken on JIMMY JIMMY being ready enough on his return from a 418-day layoff given his unexposed profile and effectiveness on this type of ground. Henry de Bromhead’s pair of Gaspard Du Seuil and Fissa should be on the premises, while Sweet Sting could show up well at a decent price if back to her best.
14:50 Farclas
Gordon Elliott, who won this in four consecutive seasons from 2014, fields a powerful team. Jack Foley’s claim could make all the difference on FARCLAS, though it would be foolish to underestimate stablemates Run Wild Fred and Definite Plan. Pat Fahy won this in 1994 with Nuaffe, and could have a big say with Mister Fogpatches. Discordantly won first time out last season and is also worth considering.
