It’s a heavenly seven across the tracks in the United Kingdom and Ireland today – and Paddy’s nifty NAPs Table is the ultimate guide to aid your punting picks.

There are four meetings on the Flat and three in the National Hunt sphere so the tipsters have plenty of contests to sink their teeth into before coming up with their best bet of the day. Paddy’s collected their selections in one handy place and, if that wasn’t enough for you, our top dog’s listed the boffins by their strike rate so you know who’s on form and who, er, isn’t.

The battle between Oisin Murphy and William Buick for the Flat Jockeys Championship reaches a thrilling conclusion at Ascot on British Champions Day. An incredible six-race card boasts four Group 1s including the Champion Stakes with Adayar set to face Mishriff.

On the other side of the Irish Sea, Leopardstown has eight cracking contests from 1.30pm including the Group 3 Killavullan Stakes and the Listed Trigo Stakes.

Market Rasen is the first of the Jumps meetings to get going from 1pm while there’s also National Hunt action at Ffos Las and Stratford. Elsewhere, Catterick hosts seven races while there’s evening fun under the lights on the all-weather track at Wolverhampton.
