Newmarket is gearing up to stage the first Classic of the Flat turf season in Great Britain.
The 2000 Guineas is one of the most prestigious races on the calendar and the one-mile contest is our first chance to see how the leading three-year-olds stack up against one another.
The 2023 race looks set to be a Ballydoyle battle between Auguste Rodin and Little Big Bear, with connections of the winning horse taking home £283,550 of the £500,000 prize pot.
You can run the rule over our 2000 Guineas odds on the Paddy Power website and Paddy Power app, otherwise all the key details about this year’s renewal can be found below.

2000 Guineas 2023 betting
2000 Guineas odds are on paddypower.com and prices for the leading contenders can be seen on our snazzy widgets below.
Auguste Rodin is the favourite with Paddy Power for the 2000 Guineas after Aidan O’Brien tipped last season’s Vertem Futurity Trophy Stakes winner as a potential winner of the Triple Crown.
Stablemate Little Big Bear is next in the betting but the Phoenix Stakes hero has a different profile to the market leader as a mile looks like the upper limit of the trip he wants.
The Andrew Balding trained Chaldean is also prominent in our book after rattling off a sequence of wins as a two-year-old including Group 1 success at Newmarket, although he shipped Frankie Dettori on his seasonal reappearance.
