15.20, Fairyhouse (Sunday) – Atlantic Fairy
I’ve gone for ATLANTIC FAIRY because Henry de Bromhead seems to be the new Willie Mullins when it comes to mares. She will go to the front and it will be straightforward – she just won’t be passed.

16.40, Fairyhouse (Saturday) – Shuil Valentine
Party Central ran a cracker when second in the Grade 2 Mares Bumper at the Dublin Racing Festival, just a neck behind Grangee, but SHUIL VALENTINE created a big impression when winning on debut at Naas by 9l (practically on the bridle). She is related to the very useful Uisce Solas and Penny Out and is from the family of the Stayers’ Hurdle winner Shuil Ar Aghaidh, who was trained by Peter Kiely .
The fifth from Naas, Betty Zane, was beaten a neck in a maiden hurdle at Thurles on her next start, so the form can’t be knocked as being really weak. The third Itsallabouteve had a penalty but had won on debut at Limerick and takes her place here in this 2m Mares Listed Bumper.
15.50, Fairyhouse (Sunday) – Gentlemansgame
GENTLEMANSGAME has the potential to be top class operator, which he showed when he bolted up on is hurdles debut at Cork over 2m. He was second over 2m6f at the Dublin Racing Festival behind Gaillard Du Mesnil, who was second in the Ballymore Novices’ Hurdle at Cheltenham. He also beat Stattler in third, who then finished fourth in the Albert Bartlett. Gentlemansgame has got a big chance if he takes his place here.
