Saturday evening sees the second Der Klassiker of the season taking place. At the end of September Bayern Munich beat Borussia Dortmund 3-2 in the German Super Cup, with home advantage this time around can Dortmund stop Bayern from getting 10 wins on the trot?

Since losing their open Champions League match 3-1 away to Lazio, Dortmund have been in great form, they’ve won all four of their matches since, scoring 10 and keeping four clean sheets.
Bayern have won all but one of their last 38 competitive matches, that’s a whole Bundesliga season worth of matches plus four. Incredible stuff.
Erling Haaland has started this campaign where he left off last season – scoring umteen goals for club and country. So far he has five from five in the league and four in the Champions League.
The Norwegian has one in two appearances against the Bavarians and with him being in such form we’re getting very nice over Evens odds here for Haaland to Score Anytime.

Dortmund to Score Over 1.5 Goals
It looks like we’re going with Dortmund to Win here. Well, hold your horses there as we’ve more on that below.
As said above they’re in great goal-scoring form and looking at previous matches between the pair at the Westfalenstadion, Dortmund have scored at least two goals in three out of the last five.
Bayern’s defence is obviously quite good but they’ve don’t keep nearly as many clean sheets anymore, they’ve conceded at least one in five out of six previous matches on the road and we can see them really being tested here against a Dortmund side in flying form.
This bet would have paid out in four out of four previous home Dortmund matches and we’re getting a great price here for that trend of Over 1.5 Goals to continue.

Bayern to Win & Over 3.5 Goals
Bayern have beaten Dortmund in four out of five of the most recent meetings between the pair counting home and away matches and at the Westfalenstadion they’ve won two out of the last five, there’s been one draw (with Bayern winning on penalties) and Dortmund have won two.
Nobody can deny that Dortmund are on a fantastic run but, as said above, Bayern have won 37 out of their last 38 matches and while it’s going to be a tough day at the office for all involved here Bayern have the firepower, confidence and guile to take all three points.
Over 3.5 Goals has landed in three out of five previous meetings at the Westfalenstadion as well and with both in such great goal-scoring form we should see plenty of goals and Bayern coming out on top here once again.
