The changes for Strictly Come Dancing 2020 have been revealed – and Paddy’s confident the ‘Strictly curse’ will strike again.
Alterations to the series have been announced to meet Covid-19 protocol, including the series starting later and running for fewer episodes.
It’s also be confirmed participants will be stuck in a ‘bubble’ with their professional dancer while on the show.
Paddy said: “The changes to this year’s Strictly format are very interesting, particularly the introduction of the bubble – or should we call it love bubble – between the celebs and their partners.
“This has seen the chances of a return of the curse shorten again and with less celebrity opportunities around, there’s also the possibility that we might get to see an unlikely name take to the dancefloor this year.”
But who will be on the box throwing shapes when the series returns?
In terms of the line-up, Jamie Laing is favourite to get a second shot at the show, followed by Maya Jama, Vanessa White and Emily Atack.
Also in the running are Jamie Carragher, Fearne Cotton, Michelle Keegan and Stacey Solomon – who has moved from 8/1 to 4/1 in the last few days, and has been most popular with bettors so far this series.
Further down the betting is Conor McGregor who recently announced another retirement, as well as John Bercow, Jeff Stelling and Liam Gallagher.
