The 46th President of the USA won all bar one of the Democratic primaries and caucuses and was due to be rubber-stamped as the party’s Nominee at next month’s convention in Chicago.
If he decides to stand down for a fresher model that would lead to an open fight for the prize to take on Republican Nominee Donald Trump when the big vote takes place on Tuesday, November 5.
