The NFL playoffs have set the two franchises in place for Super Bowl LVIII next month.
Kansas City Chiefs, spearheaded by superstar QB Patrick Mahomes, will bid to retain the Vince Lombardi Trophy at the Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada on Sunday, February 11 after beating the Baltimore Ravens in the AFC Conference Championship.
The Chiefs will face San Francisco 49ers – a repeat of Super Bowl LIV in 2020 – after the California-based franchise beat the Detroit Lions 34-31 to secure the NFC Conference Championship.
