The final clash of the super wildcard weekend brings us to Tampa Bay, where the Baker Mayfield led Buccaneers host Jalen Hurts and the Philadelphia Eagles. These two sides met in the playoffs back in 2021, with Tampa coming out on top. There are still some relics from the Bucs’ Super Bowl-winning squad, but Baker Mayfield is the starting quarterback now that the one and only Tom Brady has retired.
The Bucs’ come into this tie as divisional champions, but it was a division that offered little in the way of competition. The Eagles, who at one stage were 10-1, lost five of its last six games, and stumble into Tampa looking for a change in fortunes. We have a bet builder set up for Monday night’s action.

The once seemingly unstoppable Eagles are now but a shadow of the side they were a mere eight weeks ago. They come into these playoffs with the worst form of any. Their issues are not just on one side of the ball either. Their offence has failed to reach 20 points in four of its last six games, and they’ve conceded over 25 points in six of their last seven.
Add in Jalen Hurts’ finger issue and no AJ Brown, this is a tough spot for the Eagles. The Bucs aren’t a side that isn’t blowing anybody away either. However, they do have a stout defence and if Baker can shine they’ll be a tough out for the Eagles. I like their chances to keep this game close and will take the three points on the handicap.

These two met during the season and the line was 43 and it went under with some room to spare. With the Eagle’s offence even worse now, the under looks like the play here. Weather-wise Tampa is expected to experience thunderstorms on Monday, which could force both teams to play the ground game.
Jalen Hurts finger issue will be a big factor in their game plan and could see a lot more running and short passes. The Bucs will lean heavily on Rachaad Whites’ ability to run the ball and will look to drain the clock. The under is 6-2 for the Buccaneers at home and 7-2 for Philadelphia on the road. The under is the play on Monday.

Rachaad White Over 21.5 Receiving Yards
White is a tremendously dangerous dual-threat player who is crucial to Tampa Bay’s ability to continue their drives. I expect the Buccaneers to get White going as a receiver in an attempt to keep him involved because there’s no denying that Philadelphia is more formidable versus the run than the pass.
D’Andre Swift Over 10.5 Receiving Yards
Very similar to what the Bucs will do with White, I’d expect Hurts to dump the ball off to Swift to get him involved. Hurts finger injury combined with AJ Brown’s absence will force a lot of screen passes and quick releases. Swift’s number is so low here that one reception could easily cover it. I’m taking his over here.
Jalen Hurts Anytime Touchdown Scorer
Jalen Hurts has been a touchdown machine this year, scoring 15 in total. It all stems from the Eagle’s unstoppable play the ‘Tush Push’. There’s no doubt that we’ll see the Eagles Brotherly Shove in action on Monday night. If the Birds get the ball inside the two-yard line, I’d expect it to be fully utilized and produce six.
