Each and every day of the racing year, we bring you a bumper NAPS Table to give you the inside scoop on all the plays you’ll need that day.

Don’t know what a NAPs Table is? We’ll tell you! It’s an independently run competition involving the cream of the British and Irish racing press whose positions in the table are based on their profits to Level Stakes. And just like all sports competitions worldwide, those doing best are towards the top of the table.

So, we decided to put that golden guide to the test and use it to steer you towards what could be a savvy Lucky 15 (4 horses, 15 bets) today. The four you’ll see below are the selections of some of the top-performing tipsters in the Table. Let’s get to the picks…

13:50 Curragh – Ballintogher (The Irish Sun)

There was plenty of promise in BALLINTOGHER‘s course and distance effort with a couple of these in behind last month and he looked like he would relish an ease in the ground when staying on in the closing stages. Amavasya, who was just behind the selection, should also improve the second time out, and East Hampton is another that is likely to handle conditions.

14:18 Wincanton – Caher Roes Den (Telegraph)

No More No is progressing well, and this longer trip has to be worth a shot with Cherry Cola (second choice). The suggestion is CAHER ROES DEN who cost £110,000 after winning his point and should be capable of bettering his rules form now that he moves into handicaps.

14:32 Carlisle – Lola Blue (Daily Mail)

The attractively bred LOLA BLUE makes her debut and gets the nod for Dan Skelton, who has a good record here. Three-time bumper runner-up Junker d’Allier is second choice, while Country Park and Malicash could also be involved.

18:30 Southwell – Spirit Of Applause (The Guardian)

Tim Easterby’s SPIRIT OF APPLAUSE gets the vote to build on a promising first AW start over C&D 12 days ago. Fiscal Policy was a couple of places behind the selection on that occasion but would have got much more heavily involved but for meeting a couple of pieces of interference and, despite the outside stall, is feared most ahead of Glamorous Express and Ticktyboo.
