Sprint Cup 2024 trends and stats for Haydock 3.35 on Saturday

Any clear picks emerge?

Inisherin winning at Haydock

Inisherin is bidding to become the first horse since Hello Youmzain in 2019 to complete the Sandy Lane-Sprint Cup double on Saturday.

The son of Shamardal was switched to sprinting after a sixth-place finish in the 2000 Guineas and scored on his first try over six furlongs in the Group 2 Sandy Lane at Haydock in May.

It is back to the course and distance for Inisherin, who subsequently won the Commonwealth Cup, in Saturday’s Sprint Cup, but a bumper line-up of 16 runners go to post at 15:35.
