16:05 Fitz Perfectly
The 3yo filly FITZ PERFECTLY hinted at Chelmsford last time that she could be suited by this step back up in trip and is taken to get off the mark with Mikkel Mortensen removing a valuable 7lb. Balqaa arrives on the back of a good run and is second choice ahead of We Still Believe, who also likes it here.
16:40 Invincible Siam
Newmarket trainer George Boughey won this last year and INVINCIBLE SIAM, a half-sister to two Tapeta winners, earns the vote on her all weather (AW) and nursery debut. Vitarli has been in top form here recently and is feared most under a 6lb penalty for last Thursday’s course win. Handicap newcomer Magic Fluke and the improving Wichahpi are others to consider.
17:15 Nelson Gay (NAP)
This can go to NELSON GAY (NAP), who has an impressive record on Tapeta. Castan is unexposed on the surface and is second choice having won over same course and distance (C&D) last month. Two-time C&D winner Khabib went close at Redcar last time and is next on the list.
17:50 Astapor
Milbanke is a tempting option in his bid to make it 2-2 for Julie Camacho but preference is for ASTAPOR, who won four times over 5f earlier this season and showed bundles of speed before fading over 6f here last Tuesday. Rambuso Creek and Le Beau Garcon are others to consider on the back of good performances.
18:25 O G Beachwear
The strong-finishing effort from O G BEACHWEAR over 7f at Newmarket last time suggests she is open to improvement now upped to 1m, and this lightly raced 3yo gets the nod ahead of Shaladar who has run some really good races this season without winning.
Three-time C&D winner Ron O is another to consider along with Crownthorpe, who returns from a break with his trainer Alan Brown enjoying a productive autumn.
19:00 Ledger
The ex-Irish 3yo LEDGER made a winning start for Lucinda Russell over C&D last Tuesday and is taken to defy a 6lb penalty and follow up. Annalee Lass was third in that race following a break and may be the chief danger, ahead of the in-form course regular Pop Favorite.

19:30 Cheese The One
The filly CHEESE THE ONE has been running consistently well of late and can win here for a second time. Things have clicked for Ratafia and he may be the main danger on the back of his Redcar win. See My Baby Jive and Van Zant also arrive in good heart.
20:00 Moon Flight
Only four runners, but this looks trappy especially as it may become tactical. Britannica has shown enough to be able to win races and her latest effort can be marked up, while Souffionne made a promising debut at Southwell and the form of that race is working out very well.
However, the vote goes to MOON FLIGHT who has finished runner-up in both starts over 7f, including here, and that course experience could make the difference.
20:30 Nickleby
Sydney Bay arrives on a C&D hat-trick and is a player under his penalty, but his latest victim Blackcurrent (second choice) is weighted to turn the tables. However, they could both be beaten by NICKLEBY, who returns to his favoured surface on a handy mark.
