16:25 Green Power
Having come back from a long break in such good form, GREEN POWER is taken to win his second race of the year with Eagle Eyed Tom and Masterpainter two others who should run well.
16:55 Harbour Vision
Having returned to winning ways with the aid of a refitted tongue-strap over same course and distance (C&D) last time, HARBOUR VISION can follow up off just a 2lb higher mark. Reidh and Beau Vintage may give him most to do.
17:30 Bluebottle Blue
Rogue Soldier finished well to go close behind two subsequent winners at Kempton last time and he’s a key player on this step up in trip. Meleki shaped with promise over C&D last month and has claims if she can build on that, but the vote goes to William Haggas-trained BLUEBOTTLE BLUE.
She made a promising start behind an impressive winner at Windsor three weeks ago and looks a likely improver over this longer trip.
18:00 Bella Bisbee
The strongest claims are held by BELLA BISBEE who was easy to back but nevertheless ran a screamer on her Chelmsford debut and a repeat, even allowing for an awkward draw, should be good enough to win a maiden at this level. Cervaro Della Sala is preferred of the others with experience, but the market should be watched in relation to the newcomers, especially Berrygate and Nad Alshiba Queen.
18:30 Sarahs Verse
This looks trappy. A better run could be forthcoming from Cooperation on his second run for Michael Attwater, while Tartan Skirt, Ecclesiastical, El Hombre (second choice) and Phoenix Beach also come into the reckoning. SARAHS VERSE has been threatening to add to her tally in recent starts though and she has the assistance of Paul Mulrennan for the first time today.
19:00 Mini Mildred (NAP)
This is tricky as there are cases to be made for a few of them on their best form. Bear Claws (second choice) finished behind Gerrots when a beaten favourite over C&D on his latest start, but he should have a race in him at this trip when the tactics go to plan.
Preference is for MINI MILDRED (NAP) whose trainer has done well with members of the family and she has a good chance of improving for the greater stamina test.

19:30 Miss Bluebelle
Way Of Life and Percy Willis should be on the premises but it could be worth chancing MISS BLUEBELLE‘s stamina on her first crack at this trip. Marcus Tregoning’s filly created a positive impression at Bath in August and the ground excuses her lesser effort at Goodwood since.
20:00 Sun Festival
Several have possibilities but the vote goes to SUN FESTIVAL, who has form figures of 21313412 since June and remains feasibly treated off only 1lb higher than for his close call at Chelmsford last time.
The 3yo Fast Affair recorded her breakthrough win over C&D two weeks ago and she’s feared most ahead of Come On John, who didn’t get any luck at Chelmsford last month. Others who could be dangerous are Coconut Bay and Aeroplane Mode.
20:30 Brave Display
Laura’s Breeze has shown clear winning potential in recent starts and should go well, while recent winners Wilde And Dandy and My Boy Jack also enter calculations.
The veteran Sir Titan is another to consider but it might be worth taking a chance on another 9yo in BRAVE DISPLAY. His recent stable debut was more encouraging than the bare result would suggest and this pick of this year’s efforts for his former stable bring him right into it.
