Brighton 13:50 – Secret Handsheikh

Secret Handsheikh outperforms each time he runs at Brighton and it’s something the trainer John Gallagher recognised the last time he won in April. After falling back below his winning mark from April he returns to Brighton but he may have found another course he likes because he also went close at Yarmouth when beaten by a neck over five furlongs on good to firm. The handicapper put him up a pound before he ran poorly again at Bath and he should be able to win this from stall one.
Chepstow 14:10 – Macs Dilemma
1.5 points each-way
Macs Dilemma was a course and distance winner for us a few months ago and he is a horse who always gives you a run. He’s a front-running type who blasts out and try’s to make all. He’s 4lbs higher than his last win here which he won nicely and although he hasn’t followed up since, there has been plenty of decent efforts. He should be going close.
Chepstow 15:20 – Azahara Palace
3 points win
Azahara Palace won twice over course and distance and then lost by a neck at Salisbury with Kracking back in fourth. He looks the most likely winner and he’s reunited with Billy Loughnane, who rode her to her last win.
Chepstow 16:30 – Porterinthejungle
1.5 points each-way
Porterinthejungle ran well over course and distance 11 days ago after a break of 304 days. He rallied after being headed and was promoted from third to second after suffering slight interference in the final furlong. He looks the likely winner off the same mark.
Brighton 16:45 – Deacs Delight
1.5 points each-way
Deacs Delight ran into a place off a higher mark in a better race than this on his penultimate start, showing he handles an undulating course. He drops a pound and is eased in class, making him very backable at the prices.
