WINKLEVI is an exposed stayer who often leads and arrives here after respectable shows at Chepstow (good to soft) and on the AW. Has never been lower in the weights.

16:35 Catterick – Langholm (Farringdon)

LANGHOLM is a versatile 7yo who has won from 6f to 1m2f. Without a win since May of last year but started this campaign well (7f/6f) and was a respectable fourth over 7f here 13 days ago only to be disqualified after the jockey failed to weigh in.

19:40 Ripon – Dasho Lennie (Marlborough)

DASHO LENNIE has had three solid placed efforts in handicaps and neither trip nor ground should be an issue. Set to be in the thick of the action once again.

20:40 Ripon – Jazzagal (Jason Heavey)

JAZZAGAL was a C&D winner (good) one year ago off a 2lb higher mark. Promising second at Beverley on her penultimate start and wasn’t aided by racing near side at Beverley three weeks ago (finished behind Your Spirit who raced on the far side). Can get it wrong at the start but she’s more appealing than some.
