Leopolds Rock may present the chief threat, provided he’s tuned up for this second run since a five-month absence, while Cedar Cage is also considered seriously.

Fayasel showed much-improved form to beat a previous winner over C&D last time but he’s taken on with MR GLOVERMAN. Kevin Frost’s runner turned in his best effort, despite a slipping saddle, at Southwell last time on his first run after a wind op and he’s worth another try over 7f.
18:30 – Game Nation
It could be worth siding with GAME NATION, who has slipped in the weights and shaped with more encouragement last time. The return to 7f could suit and he’s taken to get the better of reliable yardstick Calin’s Lad and likely pacesetter Motawaafeq. Beleagurement was second favourite when his rider was left in the stalls here on Tuesday.
19:00 – Docklands
The 2,000 Guineas entry Cicero’s Gift created a good impression when winning at Newbury but he has more to do under his penalty and preference is for DOCKLANDS. Harry Eustace’s runner, who holds an entry in the Irish 2,000 Guineas, did well to divide subsequent winners at Haydock (came from further back than those rivals) and he’s bred to be suited by this trip. Bussento is a good yardstick who should also go well.

19:30 – Flame Of Kodiac
The step up in trip looks sure to suit FLAME OF KODIAC (nap) and she’s taken to win off a handy-looking mark on this handicap debut. Climate Precedent could be the main danger, despite taking a fair drop back in distance.
20:00 – Oh Herberts Reign
Athmad and Young Fire both won over this C&D last time but they need a decent gallop to aim at, something that isn’t guaranteed this time. Preference is for OH HERBERTS REIGN who should find this easier than on his last start and, although he’s not won for a while, he should get the run of the race back in trip.
20:30 – Buachaill
Non Mollare and Good Humor have claims but this can go to C&D winner BUACHAILL, who has been running well since the hood went on and holds good claims back over this distance with Callum Rodriguez back in the saddle.
