Not a strong maiden. TAPLEY‘s form is bordering on the best on offer and he has run well at this track. So too has Tenfold and he’s the most likely threat along with Our Champ and Chandlers Bay.

Doyannie’s latest run here can be upgraded and she might well reverse placings with the winner Shaw’s Cross. However, THE CATHAL DON was a winner over fences in Ireland when trained by Henry de Bromhead and he could be interesting on his first run for a progressive operation.
14:30 – San Pedro
The cheekpieces clearly made a big difference to SAN PEDRO last week at Lingfield and he can defy the penalty. Abingworth is another runner with some upside but he does have stamina to prove over this far and perhaps the danger will be C&D winner El Hageb Rose.
15:00 – Blame The Game (NAP)
The solid option is BLAME THE GAME (NAP) who so nearly completed his hat-trick in the Sussex National here four weeks ago. Fawsley Spirit could be the danger if returning to his Market Rasen form in first-time cheekpieces. Sublime Heights seems to respond well to new headgear so he’s no certainty to again put his best foot forward.
15:35 – Symphorine
Ben Bromley’s claim will help Last Of A Legend but others have the potential to be better handicapped. SYMPHORINE appeals as one with good days ahead of her and hopefully she’ll learn to settle better with experience. Fortuna Ligna could be the danger, though Blue Bikini and Mistral Nell are others with definite chances.
16:10 – Iskar Dairy
He may have failed to justify strong market support at Lingfield but ISKAR DAIRY produced something more in keeping with his bumper form and even drier conditions this time are in his favour. The blinkers are working wonders for Inferno Sacree and he’s the standout threat.
