He’s clearly down to a winnable mark and if ridden with a bit more restraint he can get the job done. Shah An Shah has been knocking at the door in recent weeks so he’s feared, along with Honor Grey.

VALSHEDA was strong at the finish when runner-up at Kempton last time and the form is proving strong, so he’s fancied to get the better of Shaman du Berlais, who should give it his all under a customary positive ride. Jaytee is another one to consider for all he’s stepping into a higher grade of handicap.
16:50 – JAUNTY FREYJA
JAUNTY FREYJA is a likeable type who arrives on the up, so she is fancied to double her tally at the likely expense of Dicey Rielly, who might have been let in lightly off 104 for her handicap debut. Minnie Escape has placed at this track on her last couple of starts, so she’s another one to consider.
