13:00 Fleurman
Glen Again and Lion Face are both interesting recruits to hurdling but FLEURMAN showed more than enough at Wetherby to think he would be winning races in this sphere.
WELCOME TO PADDY POWER NEWS!
13:35 Desaray Girl (NAP)
A small field but plenty of interest. Megan drops in class and moves up in distance and she is greatly respected, while Lady Tremaine is on the up. This is a better race than the one that DESARAY GIRL (nap) won at Ayr last week but she will relish conditions and is able to race off 4lb lower today. She can take the rise in grade in her stride.
14:10 Ile De Jersey
Marsh Wren took a step forward at Fontwell 11 weeks ago and remains capable of better but dropping in trip isn’t sure to be in her favour. ILE DE JERSEY is heavily penalised for her two wins but she did it cosily at Ludlow last time and can complete her hat-trick with conditions unlikely to hold any terrors (won on soft ground in France). Keep an eye on Gentle Connections too, as she’s left the distinct impression she is going to better than we have seen so far.

14:45 Petit Tonnerre
Presuming Ed is a solid front-runner but he will do well to hold off Triumph Hurdle entry PETIT TONNERRE who looked to have plenty of potential when winning two hurdles in France and should not be hard pressed to give the weight away. Serious Ego looks booked for third.
15:20 Radetzky March
Although this is a quick return for RADETZKY MARCH he didn’t appear to be using up much energy when winning at Leicester on Thursday and has a major chance of keeping his unbeaten record over fences. It’s hard to find a significant rival but perhaps Voyage De Retour may yet come good as a chaser. Getaway North won twice here early last year but was beaten a long way out on his belated return in December.

15:55 Jessie Lightfoot
The competition is more demanding here but JESSIE LIGHTFOOT impressed with her joyful win here on just her second chase start and she may be capable of defying an 11lb rise. Felton Bellevue and Alright Chief ran up against subsequent winners on their latest starts and are preferred, in that order, of the remainder, with Aire Valley Lad having stamina to prove, although it’s worth keeping a close eye on Fleminport in the betting.
16:30 Spanish Present
The well-bred Shantou’s Melody should go well despite a penalty and absence, while Doyouknowwhatimean travelled so well on his debut that a bigger effort could well be forthcoming. SPANISH PRESENT showed plenty of promise in three bumper starts in Ireland though and is selected to make a winning stable debut.
